Mother’s Day Celebration
Daniel: Ma..
Emily: Ah.. Ha.. Ano toh?
Daniel: Hindi niyo po ba alam kung anong araw ngayon?
Emily: Hindi. Ano?
Daniel: Mother’s Day po.
Emily: Ah.. Ganun ba? Hindi ko alam. Nagkaanak nga ako pero wala naman siya dito kaya di ko nasecelebrate ang mother’s day.
Daniel: Wag po kayong mag-alala. Kahit hindi po tayo magkadugo, mula po ngayon ako na po ang anak niyo at kayo na po ang mama ko.
Emily: Salamat, anak.
Daniel: Kaya taon-taun po dapat magcelebrate po tayo ng mother’s day ha.
(Emily smiles)
Daniel: Buksan niyo po.
(Binubuksan na ni Emily..)
Daniel: Alam niyo ho, lahat po yan espesyal.
Emily: Naku, anak! Ang ganda.
Daniel: Ito po, Italya. Kung saan po kayo nagsimula at nagkaroon ng pangalawang buhay.
Daniel: Ito naman po, Ubas. Pinipiga. Masakit na proseso pero pagkatapos po nakakagaw tayo ng masarap na alak. Parang kayo po. Kahit gaano pa po ang pinaghirapan niyo sa buhay, naging mabuting tao pa rin kayo.
Daniel: Ito naman po, Puso. Kasi po, kahit sobra na kayong nasaktan, kahit marami nang nanakit sa inyo. Meron pa rin puwang sa puso niyo para magmahal.
Daniel: At ito po, tanda po ng iyong anak. Alam ko pong hindi niyo siya nakita o nakilala, pero alam ko po mama, siya po ang nagbibigay ng inspirasyon sa inyo para mabuhay at para gumawa ng tama.
Emily: Salamat, anak.
(Emily cries and they hug..)
-awww… Ang swerte naman ni Emily at may anak siyang ganyan. Pero mas magandang mother’s day gift ay ang malaman ang katotohanan na si Daniel ang tunay niyang anak. Infairness, ang galing mag-isip ni Daniel ha. Creative ang gift niya.
